Definitely the Splinter Cell series, Tomb Raider series, and World of Warcraft. Jak II and DMC3 are also up there with some of my favorite games ever as well.
I've been playing video games since I was just a wee tyke playing Sonic on my Sega Genesis, but what really got me into video games and sucked me into the gaming world is the Final Fantasy Series. VII and VIII are still games I play to this day from time to time. Over the past few years, though, while I play a diverse amount of games, I have been pretty obsessed with the Assassin's Creed series :P
I would have to say Halo 2. I spent more time in that game than any other and I still think it had the best maps and game physics of the entire series. One of my favorite pictures was of myself and 3 friends after returning from a college formal, still all dressed up, and playing Halo 2.
ElderScrolls 4, Oblivion.... It was the first xbox 360 game I picked up, and I lost my soul to it for along time. It was my introduction to Bethesda games as well, and I just love how large and sandboxxy they are.

Favorite it all time is Chrono Trigger, I think I make that pretty obvious. Bioshock and halo are up there too. Right now I am playing Mass Effect 2, and I am really in love with it. It will jump up there on the list of favorites for sure.

I totally thought that said something else, kekeke.
I really, really love the Mass Effect franchise, but I can't decide whether I like the first or second more.
WoW is no doubt the game I've spent the most time on, so that would have to be on my list even though I don't play it anymore.
Oh, and Skyrim. :3
And Final Fantasy VIII.
Er. I'm failing at this "picking just one" thing.
