    Sys_000006

    I want to buy Assassin's Creed Brotherhood - Deluxe Digital Edition but every time i type in all the details the card number etc. and try to go further i get an error msg
    Your data was not saved. Please try again. We apologise for this inconvenience. Error Number: SYS_000006
    few days back i bought Ancestors pack DLC for AC: Rev and i had no problems

    Any ideas how to fix this ?

    I have the same error. I am wondering if you found any solution to the problem, or must I still bang my head against the mad bugger's wall that is call Ubisoft support.

    I have already posted a question on the support page, but I have not received a response yet. I have tried many times to purchase the Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack or Pre-Order Assassin's Creed 3 and every time I get error SYS_000006. I have bought Assassin's Creed Revelations already, so I don't think it is a problem with cookies.

    Question Same problem here

    I Keep getting this error when I try to purchase Assassins Creed Revelations not when I pay but when I try to add the game to my cart, it only happens with this game, others games i can add them with no problem... any help on this? do you solved this problem??

    yep

    Same problem here, bought Silent Hunter 5 yesterday no worries and today when i try and buy driver i get "Error Number: SYS_000006".
    Haven't contacted support and not sure if i will bother as i have looked on reddit and numerous people have the same story.

    Edit: i even tried buying through the Uplay client however same error.

    This is a big FIASCO, a fail for ubisoft and your uplay.

    UBISOFT needs to fix little **** in payment system.

    I contacted support and they got back to me and it worked.

    Solution that worked for me:


    To allow you to order from Ubishop, you need to finalise your Uplay account creation. Please visit http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB

    Click Sign in on the right hand side and enter your login details.

    Once logged in, highlight “My Uplay” and choose My Account from the dropdown menu.

    Select ‘Edit Profile’, re-enter your password then make sure that all fields have been filled in.( First name, Last name, Gender)

    Press the Update button

    Back on the main Uplay screen, highlight my Uplay once more and choose Logout

    Browse back to the Ubishop and empty your basket.

    Log in and complete your order.

    I've been getting this error for the better part of 4 hours now. I've been trying ever 30 minutes, just to be safe. Here's some advice: If you're going to try to go it alone, create an app, open a store; make SURE you have the infrastructure in place to account for the sales you are having. It's this "out the gate" amateur service that shows us what we're really going to get when you make us use your service to purchase goods. Fix the issue and honor the sale again. You should have known this was going to happen and been better prepared for it. So either fire up some more payment processing servers or shut down the operation till you figure out how all this works.

    Now tell me, how are you going to fix this for us and how are you going to honor what's sitting in my cart right now?
