Why does this game NOT support my Logitech Driving Force Pro ?
Every other game seems to be OK with it. F1 2010, F2011, NFS The RUN and earlier games, Flat out series,Test drive unlimited 1+2, I could go on but you get the picture.

It's probably too old. I've had the same problem and found a solution via google. You have to edit/copy some file, but I can't really remember which one, sorry.
Why is it too old ??????
What is the advantage of spending out another £100 for an upto date wheel ???? oh NONE apart from it may or may not work in driver.
it still works in EVERY other racing game.
Here is a list of the supported peripherals for D:SF -

If yours is not listed, we do not have any specific troubleshooting for it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
What a strange way of writing a game, only support some controllers ?? shame as the game itself is excellent , so EA and Codemasters can manage it but UbiSoft can't
I know it's possible as Driver Parallel Lines could use ANY controller including my DFP wheel.
I suppose Ubisoft are busy fixing bugs, like NO 16:10 resolutions or some cars have no tail lights. Ohh wait still NOT fixed in patch 1.04.
I might take my game back as it's the ONLY DRIVING game I own I cannot use my wheel on.

You CAN use your wheel, I got the same and after some googling I found a solution and was able to play perfectly.
WOW that was easy. Thats really SHODY work from ubisoft.
You basically just goto the game folder/input/0x046d and then copy the 0xc295 to your product ID (which can be found by running dxdiag and looking on the input tab) mine was 0xC298
That REALLY REALLY poor from ubisoft, it's SOOOOOooooooo easy to fix.
And I found by googling a widescreen hack, also VERY lazy UBIsoft
