Page 31 of the manual says that there are binoculars on the bridge station (like SH3 had).
How do you bring this up? I don't see any command for it.

Thanks. That info is not even in the manual.
In fact, if you look at the Quick reference Card, the 'B' command is blank.
Really looks like this product was rushed to retail way too early. I enjoyed SH3, but SH4 looks like a step backwards.
