Thread: settlers 7 and windows 7 | Forums

    just been onto amazon to pre order settlers 7 as i have all the rest, yet when i read about it on the amazon website it only says for windows vista and xp???

    will this game play on windows 7? or will i have trouble like i did with settlers 6 expansion pack

    really want this game but need to know the info before i buy

    windows 7 is only Vista with a face lift, if it works on one it works on the other.

    the biggest problem with windows 7 is at the moment always keep your drivers on the newest version as new OS's generally have poor drivers for the first 6 months and those can cause problems.

    Hmmm I just wonder if windows 7 is a face lift from Vista, why can't I play Settlers 6, rise of an empire on windows 7???

    I've installed it in my win 7 partition and it works pretty well.. are you sure that you have all the drivers needed?
