I went to the priest in Pala for malaria medicine. He said you'll have to find someone else because i can't get you any and tells me who to ask and gives me papers to give to the guy. So i go to this guy in the southwest corner of the map kill all the guys and walk in the door. He thanks me and asks me if i have any papers for him. There;s no symbol of a hand to let me give it to him. I stand right next to and in front of him and keep pressing the action button and others but nothing happened. I left and came back 3 times still nothing. What do i do??? I have no pills left!
