Ok I tried searching around the net for this and searched these forums and tried to get up the view point for at least half an hour each thing I tried but I can't do it.
There's this view point in Venice and no matter what I do I can't get to the top of it, I can't really describe it except there are lots of archers around that area and a few crosses.

Have you just arrived in Venice and are you trying to scale the tower of a large church? If so, there's an ability you learn soon from the local thieves guild.
I haven't been to the thieves guild yet so I'll try that. Thanks for the help!
