Is the mulitiplayer going to be like pandora and chaos theory? Or is it going to be bad again like DA? And does any one know if they will bring any maps back from CT? I hope they bring aquarius.

Many hope they have better multiplayer, or at least as good as CT.

spy vs merc, doesn't matter whether PT/CT or DA,
S vs M is gone in Conviction..

Its now a 1 vs 1 crowd based MP.

And Aquarius was a terrible map man, pretty one-sided.

Nothing in there about 1 vs. 1, nothing in there about not Spy versus Mercs. I haven't seen anything official talking about the versus other than this and something else that says the same thing. It just says crowds and that it's like single player. There is still room for pretty much anything in that vague set of parameters.

Meh...does it sound realistically to you to have 2 spies and 2 mercs running around in a crowd trying to hack ND's?
Chances are it will be 1on1 DM in a crowd.

Later in the article, they mention how they do not intend to use their award winning multiplayer. However, they do say that it doesn't mean it won't be completely nixed.

Meaning maybe SC6 will have it. LOL ya right.

Maybe spies will be dressed like civilians, mercs will be dressed like guards, and you can use crowd mechanics and hiding to get to the terminal.

That might actually be a pretty cool gametype.

well lets just hope its as innovative as MP in PT/CT and DA

which judgin by Ubi Soft in the past it will be good
