Problem on connecting to ubi.com "wrong account name and/or password" | Forums

hi

i got the following problem while trying to play homm5 per ubi.com multiplayer.

as always i try to connect the following error "wrong account name and/or password" appears.

i have tried 4 different accounts, with every one of them i can log in on ubisoft page without any problems.

pls help

no firewall at all

only have a router here, but i cant imagine this is source of this problem

You might be playing with a demo that was provided with a magazine. This a different version which is not compatible with the online servers. In this case, download the demo from the web and install again.
