    It appears that, at hero level 10, 2 Cavaliers with this friend deal more damage than 3 Angels (which is, roughly, about three times the value of their "close range" normal damage) - we had pretty much the same situation before the patching. The Cavaliers/Paladins in his army still gut the enemy creatures without leaving them the opportunity to strike back. So I have 2 quiestions:
    1. Has anyone experienced the same "problem" or I've encountered some bug/"unfinished change";
    2. How exactly is supposed to work this "re-balanced" specialization of his. In numbers. The description is a bit cryptic I think...

    It should have been:
    Jousting Bonus 10% per tile, with Klaus' Bonus a percentage raise for each tile, so that the Bonus would be for example 25% per each tile, reaching level, well, probably 15. which resultzed in insane damage.
    It should be now 5% per tile and a plus on the ADDED figures, so if the Paladin walked 5 tiles, the Bonus would be 25% with a small plus on this for Klaus' special.
    That's how I understood it.

    And it seems that it is that way, Jolly Joker...atleast I got that from my little tests.

    5% for every tile as with all cavs, paladins, plus he afflicts 4% (on first level, +2% for each after) more damage per tile.

    So, level 1 Klaus with 5 cavs that have 25 attack fighting minotaurs with 2 defense...

    1 Tile 246dmg (normal dmg is 225.75dmg, adding 5% jousting bonus and getting 237.04dmg, and at that adding 4% Klaus' bonus, rounded down)
    2 Tiles 258dmg (225.75%*10%*4%)
    .
    .
    .

    Level 3 Klaus has 8% bonus, and level 5 12%. So I assume he indeed gets 2% more per level (tried just with level 1, 3 and 5).

    Like the way they did him now, but have to say, still not sure if it was needed to nerf overall jousting bonus to 5%.

    "still not sure if it was needed to nerf overall jousting bonus to 5%."

    Mostly in order to discuss, I'd have to say that yes, that nerf was needed simply to drop paladins from a 7th teir equivalent unit back to 6th teir, like they should be. Before they were just too powerful, to the point that with almost any hero I would pull those (and mabye an archangel or 7) from any Haven town I conquered. It didn't matter my army or the morale decriments; if those paladins get to move once, the entire battle could swing in my favor (and then think about Luck on top of that...). They needed something, imho.

    By the way, I patched the game with the so-called EU version of the patch, so again - has anyone exeperienced the same problem with the same patch?
