i hade same problem i pre order it and i instal the game and it dont work lol
so what dit i do 2 make it work i only downlaoded the CD of

thare is a crack in dont yuse it run only the CD instal it and run *** administration and launch game auto starts ubifost and you can play +
it whil give you on your steam thats your in game so can press
ingame CRL+TAb for steam acces xD

i cant play on steam but can play whit CD version !

if you wanne play Co-OP need go ingame and whan your rdy 2 start a mission when you can change your weapons press ESC thare you can find ppl for Co-Op BTW
