Thread: MAP EDITOR for download? | Forums

  1. #1
    Hello gamers

I received my pre-order of Heroes of Might and Magic V today, and went gaming immediately of course! However, one of the main things I've been looking forward to, is a Map Editor.
I've been told that this Map Editor and other Patches/Maps will be available for download. So does anyone know where they will be available for download? And when?

    Hope you can help me

If the editor is not available like the web site says, then where do I get a cash refund,
because Game Stop only gives credit.
Which I don't want because I feel I was lied to.

I have read in other parts of this forum that they dropped the editor at the last minute.
And have NO PLANS FOR A MAP EDITOR!!!!!!!!
How many more times are we going to let game companies stick it in our butts?????????
I have 6 companies that I no longer deal with because of this type of thing.
And I post this info on my gaming web site.

Where have you read that there will be no editor.
I can confirm there will be one in july.
Play the maps untill then and see the game mechanics before making maps.!!

I also know that 1.3 is being postponed, Sorceresss, that's why I added the '' to my reply.
Still, I don't think this could be a reason for you to have any comments on my sarcasm. This wasn't even sarcasm, as the term sarcasm normally means one types a sentence that could be a normal suggestion, but adding in a few words that intend to raise some eyebrows, to give a non-serious meaning, maybe even the opposite meaning, to the original sentence.
The thing I posted was a question, meaning 'will it, or was it really supposed to be released in july?'. This means my text was not sarcastic. Only thing that makes you think it is, was the '' I added to it, just to confirm I already knew. Is it a crime to let others know they made a tiny little mistake, or is that just because unreal_az seems to be a Moderator and you feel like you have to show off denying this important person's little false information?
Anyway, my sarcasm could be cheap...at least I try to get to my point without posting a n00b-message containing nothing more than swearing and cursing Ubisoft and Nival Interactive.

I'm very disappointed that an official forum has people to comment on others in a rude way.

Post Scriptum; please don't say anything about my sarcasm being cheap, as your spelling isn't even right.
