When playing 2v2 and your partner surrenders and leaves the game right off the start how do you feel. You now get a 100unit cap, all the resources, and his starting funds however you are now responsable for the entire map.

The other day I joined a ranked 2v2, and I should have known something was up... I made it 3/4 and the other guys were um-ing and ah-ing about whether to quit because they were clearly waiting for mates. But then it went 4/4 and started saving and I heard them go "oh sh** here we go".

So I play as normal, keeping an eye on my team mate and the furthest enemy. My nearest enemy was just sending out light tanks which was a bit weird, so I destroyed them with hidden infantry. I built an attack force and sent them in, decimating my nearest enemy with little competition, but all the while, my team mate was just sending single jet bombers over his AA guns.

At first I just thought he sucked, until I realised he was deliberately trying to lose. Well, this was like red rag to a bull. I was winning by one star at this stage, so tried to hurry my forces to the other enemy's base where my "team mate" was feeding 2 Maus with a stream of light tanks.

Unfortunately, even blitzing all the way, they didn't get there in time to prevent a one star loss.

So, I'd rather my team mate just leaves at the start, giving me combined co-ordination of 100 units and all his resources, rather have a team mate who is actively working against me.

And on a side note, what is the point of trying to wh0re the 10 streak trophy in 2v2? Idiots...

Boosters eh? Sad people... sad people.

I wish naming and shaming would get something done about them but all devs like to keep the skeletons in the closet because they're just more $$$'s at the end of the day for them.
    PC.. 4v4.. what a spamfest.

That's rubbish States! I mean, boosting in 1v1 is dumb 'cos it means that the position of the boosters on the leaderboards means about as much as my navel lint, but it doesn't really hurt anyone else.

But boosting like this actively wastes your time, and messes with actual enjoyment. There are some really sad people out there....
