In Kungfu's tweak thread he tells about turning off postprocessing effects, this is essentially a cheat and Punkbuster servers ARE checking for this. There is also mention of it in the second tweak thread, but that one mentions it might be considered a cheat.

Can we please get these alterations out of the tweak threads so people will stop using them? As it is they are thinking these are legal tweaks since they get to read them directly from UBI's own forums.

I share your pain, but to offer a contradictory statement, some people need these tweaks to get more fps on sp. Perhaps, he should put a statement in bold saying:

"Use these tweaks in sp only, punkbuster detects these changes as a cheat in mp... MAKE BACKUPS!"

because there are ways to acheive the same ..or similur effects w/o renaming files.
