Probably not many, because you, like everyone else, have given up on getting any help from Support.

It hasn't updated for ages. It is a server side issue.

Ubisoft know about it, and have known since the issue appeared on the consoles.

At present, almost all their resources are dedicated towards Revelations and its development, so there's very little chance this will be fixed until after the launch of Revelations...or at least when that game has gone Gold.

its about 8 weeks; lots of us have filled in support tickets, but we never gon any helpfull responses

Since they haven't fixed it yet there's a chance that they wont do it at all. I think they are busy making Revelations and they will make sure that the same multiplayer problems from Brotherhood wont occur in Revelations.

The Templar grade issue - of the scores not updating, was fixed a few weeks ago..
