Hey, i want to speed up my games is there anyway to do this for the games, like something in the config files or something pls help me!

oh, uh... you'd have to steal the stuff or get it from somebody whos in the business and would give it to you free (i don't think that work)...
you can't upgrade a card for free, you gotta get a new one... you can't upgrade the processor, your ram could work, maybe not...
try googlegear.com, they have some good prices, you can get a brand new 2.8 or 3 gig processor (pentium 4, i forget which exact speed it is) and they should have radeon cards... last i checked they have a radeon 9600 for $150

no no is there like something i can do to the config.ini files of games or somethin, the games i want to run faster are AmericasArmy, and Medal of Honor Allied Assault

if u wanna see major performance boosts you have to upgrade your hardware. I think you are over-estimating the effects of configuration files for games. Each game will have its own configuration tweaks (in which you have to look up information on how to do that on game-specific sites, forums etc.)
You gotta know that these are minor tweaks for the game and will not make any major performance changes. Its not possible to -lets say- boost the frame rate of your games by like 20 or 30 frames by tweaking the games config file.
Plain n' simple: editing configuration files will only give your games a slight performance boost. If you wanna really see your games fly your gonna have to upgrade your video card, processor, and memory.
P.S.: My advice is that you buy a new computer. Your not gonna run todays games on a P2 processor and radeon 7500 (trust me).
