- Issue: 360 wireless controllers

There is a problem with wireless 360 controllers not being recognised by AC2 (or AC1 for that matter) as being 360 controllers.

This leads to the triggers not working as inputs as they are recognised as axis instead.

Seems may be a vendor id/driver issue with how AC2 recognise it.

No workaround so would appreciate it being fed back to the team

- Feature request: Map orientation arrow

In AC1 the map showed which way you were facing which made the game playable with zero hud (made it challenging and immersive)

In AC2 there is no way of telling which way you are facing in the map which means you have to use the mini map.

Would love an arrow similar to the mini map and AC1.

It's been running fairly smoothly for the most part but just now it shut down for no apparent reason. I have a good, stable connection, but I doubt others have a suitable connection.

I completely agree with ctanyeli. I have a <span class="ev_code_RED">edit</span> internet connection which disconnects for a minute or two every 30 minutes. This means I basically can't play AC2, even though it's a singleplayer game. I was - apparently - an idiot to assume developers would not be this stupid and thus I pre-ordered the game, only to now sit here whining about not being able to play it. Good way to support your customers.

Last I'll buy a Ubisoft product.

I definitely agree with ctanyeli.

I expected a bit more from the creators of such a great game; so I guess you aren't stupid but you obviously are naive.

Since years companies were trying to protect their games from pirated software and they have never been successfull. All they did was <span class="ev_code_RED">edit</span> off their regular costumer, and because of to much complaints of their product buyer they had to take it out.

Which brings me to the point: Most people have a terrible internet connection, there are even some without an internet connection at all. To be thrown out of a game all the time really takes away the fun of that game.

But hey that was a great idea... now you even managed to make the pirated version better than the regular one because there is no stupid copy protection which kicks you out of the game all the time because you don't have a good internet connection

So all in all: Ubisoft do yourself a favor and sack the one who had that idea and take out that copy protection because it will damage your reputation more than it helps you
(of course a minor protection so not every fool can copy the game is necessary and makes sense)

ehm i got it today installed it then started playing.....
now i'm really because everytime i try to do the mission to get the first blade from da vinci the video sequence stops when i have to equip it.... buggy crap....

how do i remove the black bars ?I hava an ati mobility 3470 . i can only play at some high resolution but the video card can t take it

It's supposed to be that way. Just like in the previous game...
Why didn't they bother correcting this issue with the aspect ratio? There's some feedback for ya'.
