Connection to Host Problem | Forums

I have been trying to establish connections to host (through custom game and from a direct invite) and one of two things happens:

1.) Games and host are brought up on the channel but as soon as I attempt to connect, I get the "Connecting to host" message that just goes on and on and never connects...

2.) If I do finally connect to the host, I am stuck in the map, without being able to move, see the menu or anything...

Please help me. I love this game and aside from the occassional lock up and lag problem I would really like to continue playing.
