I have downloaded the file multiple times on 2 different days with the same error message.

it should unzip correct with version 15.5

Not only is the Beta very active, the current version 1.3 will soon be patched to v1.4 !
In what concerns your unzip issues, I really do not know how to help you.
What you report has very rarely occurred, since 16 August.
All I can say is try downloading from different sources & close any anti-virus/spyware which might be interfering when you are unzipping.
