We had a match last night and the other clan never showed - How can you force a forfiet?

Match was for 10PM we were in the room at 9:45 and had at least one member in at all times until 10:30 - no one from the other team ever made an appearance so the clock never started. What is the procedure in these cases?

It's been a week with no response ... Is there anyone from Ubi that can be contacted for competition information? Geiger does not seem to be around and there is no PM or e-mail link to contact him. Is there a new "Competition Guru"?

Ubi - Please make a change in GR2 or at least in GR3 where teams that show up for a match without enough players forfiet if the opposing team has a full roster. SS matches have become a farce - now only one person is showing up for 3 x 3 matches ...

If you are going to have a Competition feature at least support it and make it worthwhile - otherwise why waste the effort.
