It's never too late to get back to your roots. You made a great game once, well twice with GRIT, so maybe in the fouth version you could bring back what made Ghost Recon great.

You skipped right over GR2 for PC. I just figured you could scrap GR3 and start working on GR4...that way you could take your time and get it right.

    Just a thought.

Whoa, Brain, slow down there. We still have 5 months before GR3 hits the shelves right? Keep posting your thoughts, because I don't think that it is too late for GR3 yet. If it was September or October, yeah, I think it would be time to look toward GR4, or better yet, if they don't get GR3 right, abandon the franchise altogether.

I think that for now, there is still enough time left to hope for change.

Hey, figured it couldn't hurt. What's the matter J....you desperate for a new Ghost game? Let Summit Strike tide you over until GR4 comes out.

Besides, I wanted to get an early jump on letting Redstorm know there are people who want the original game back.

Lol. I'm even going to wait to hear some feedback before I go out and get Summit Strike.

An early jump? Hey, let's talk about GR5 next week.

seriously, stop posting this mindless nonsense.

    1. You haven't played the **** game yet.
    2. It could be better then you think.
    3. You've told us this time after time of course these OGR and GRIT were good games but face it if GR stayed the same then it would become stale and lose more people after each game release. It needs to be more innovative. And thats what Red Storm is doing and i like it and i think its going to be a fantastic game.

You haven't played the game yet either so how do you know it's going to be fantastic? Besides if it's so mindless why did you feel the need to respond?

But hey, you go ahead and defend a game that hasn't come out yet. Hope you sleep better at night.

Remember, just as you have the right to defend, I have the right to criticize. And since we both have about the same information about the game so far that about makes us even.

    Ah yes, optimism.

well bill's gonna be paying big bucks for a good launch series. after all Halo won't be one of the launch titles they need something to fill the gap. but it's not like a delay would be anything new.
ubi makes me cry at night :'(

I don't really think it'd get stale if they kept the basics for the original. The way GR is heading with the "fresh features," it's going to be like playing a battlemech game without piloting a 'mech. (Mech Assault 2)

I don't care about future gadgets or future concepts for those gadgets. I'd join the Louisiana Maneuvers if I did--not play GR.
