i downloaded hyperlobby twice b4 and everytime it hasnt worked so im going to try downloading it again. the last times i donwloaded it it said it couldnt find the IL2 download file, i was told to use the Il2Fb.exe but thats the one it found but it wouldnt accept it, i was also told to go to properties, target, and use that link, that link was the Il2Fb.exe file so it didnt work, i dont have an Il2.exe file either. will it stil work if i try again?

whatever file you have.
copy and rename so you have BOTH il2.exe and il2fb.exe They can stay in the same folder.
Start Hyperlobby client once you have it installed, point it to your game folder if it does not find the game. You MUST select IL-2 Forgotten Battles and NOT IL-2 Sturmovik.
You can point it to the game later again by holding Shift+Ctrl while clicking "Connect" in Hyperlobby client. You need v4.08m for most servers to play.

I have 4.08 and when I put in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\il2fb.exe it says "hyperlobby can't found game installation!!!, you will not be able to access mission slots and run the game!!!" and then after that it sends me into the thing and says, "Please wait, connecting HyperLobby server, HyperLobby server connected succesfully, * Welcome to user account wizard (2 steps): * Please confirm your password by chat : * You have confirmed wrong password ...Connection to HyperLobby server was closed." what password is it looking for, and copying the files would take hours and lots of memory it says.

When you start up HL look to the right-hand window pane. Click on the drop-down box and choose the game option. This will display the list of games HL can use. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CLICKED THE FORGOTTEN BATTLES RADIO BUTTON. Until you have told HL what game it is looking for, it will report back to you that it can't find the game, even if you have manually typed in the correct path. It should be as simple as that.
