Unable to download | Forums

I know that this question has been posed before, but I can't find the post with any suggestions...

I have been invited to go to the prologue, try to open up urulive to get online and get the 'checking for updates' followed by 'unable to download patch' problem.

No other programs are active. All drivers are current.

Comp specs:
AMD Duron 1.1 (may be 1.3)
GeForce 4 (albatron) ti4280
768 megs of ram

Running 2 hard drives, one 20, one 40, tried install on both. I've tried just about every trick i'm aware of. If anyone knows of anywhere I can find some help on this it would be much appreciated

Windows XP? Disable personal firewall.

Firewall? Open up the ports needed. They're like 5000-6000 UDP or something.

Yeah, running winXp. built in firewall with the router that we're using. But I'm fairly certain that its not the firewall, I've played eq and diablo 2 and downloaded their patches without any difficulty, will definitely check into it tho.
