I had huge problems getting the download of the beta started anyway, and when it ran (and told me 12 hours to go) i faithfully let my PC run over night and went to bed.
But of course it couldn't be that easy. During the night my Internet Connection got cut off, and now i can't download at all.
And when i try to initiallize a new download it keeps telling me my key is in use...
So what can i do now?

clear cache and try again im afraid.
Ive asked ubi to get alternative download-methods.

I have the same problem. Yesterday I can't download the game. Today when i try it ask again for beta-key and it always says "Code not valid or already used".
Ok, everything is overwright. When I clear the cookies it download whithout asking about key.
Same thing happened to me, I deleted my temporary files and it works now.
I still get "Code not valid or already used".
I had the same issue. I assume you went to the beta d/l page and the only option that shows is to enter beta-key.
I received same error as you did(beta key in use)so I clicked on the login on top of screen, logged in with my ID and after that screen showed the download button again.

thx Kruse, i already did that, but nope... oh well, hopefully it will somehow work in the not so distand future...
I even tried it with a different Browser (i am normally a FF user) and the same problem...
