I leave you lot for 5 minutes and come back to a virtual civil war!!!!

I loved this forum for its community spirit and general good nature.With the closure of Il2skins.com and the arrival of other games that diverted my interest I haven't spent as much time here as I could have done.What I find now saddens me deeply!

I have read about the allegations,complaints and general alleged underhandedness and would agree that some of it appears to be well founded .

But to punish the many because of the sins of the few is rather punitive and unjust.

I would ask TonyT,Java.serval et al to please reconsider their decisions.Your expertise and inspiration got me embroiled in this skinning lunacy and i have benefited from your works and guidance,as have countless others.

I know its not nice to have your work misappropriated or misused, especially if the other party has gained financial reward from it,but that is,as someone pointed out ,the pitfalls of freeware.I know,I have been where u are now but had to take it philosophically.

I would ask you all to take some time to think it all over and then please return to what you do so well and provide pleasure and inspiration again for the well meaning and good natured members of this community,who are the majority here after all.

And remember; I'm a Cop! If necessary I'll get a warrant,boot in your door and baton you back onto your Pc,s and make you skin...er...Mofo's!

I believe thats how you Yanks put it?

P.s: I'm 43 today so probably old enough to be your Dad so don't make me come in there!!!!!
