    Hello fellow painters & simmers

I'm revamping my page stzep by step, reworking my Templates and the related paint schemes. Right now I'm working again on several skin updates to my series of schemes for Jagdgeschwader 4.

Besides the JG 4 Focke Wulf Birds of the II. (Sturm) Group mainly the Fighters of the III. and IV. Group was covering their attemp of engaging the heavy Bomber Squads.

Have a look at my work so far and enjoy:

I did point out this quite a while ago, but it looks like I have to do it again from time to time.

Look at this: http://www.adlertag.de/bilder/ila/me109x13.jpg . As you can see the lower cowl is open and hanging on hinges alone the right side. On ALL 109s starting from F2 there were no cowl lockers on the right side (looking from tail to nose) of the lower cowl as well as the warning sign was only on the left side (which is correct in your skins).

    Regards,

    @ JuniorUK

I got the point Maybe it is better to trust photos instead of drawings

    You're totally right, I will correct this a.s.a.p. !!! Thanks a lot

The best is 6 weeks ago I stand beside the nice Bf-109 G2 in Hannover Laatzen Museum and I take a close picture of the right side, oh man what a funny thing

    So, thanks again JuniorUK!

    No probs, RafiGer.
It is very common mistake, and you are absolutely right â€" do not trust drawings. They are the main cause of confusion.

    Junior

So, thanks to JuniorUK, I've corrected my Templates and the skins of cause

As apaologize my first truly historical skin of a Bf-109 G10 flown by Hauptmann Franz Wienhusen during his last sortie executing a Ground Assault Mission near Aachen. He, together wit 16 mor pilots of JG 4 died during this mission.

    So, have a look at:
