Hi.
I using win7x64. I patched game 1.02 few hours ago. Aaaaand... All my saved games with sessions disappeared. And all options was gone too. Help please to fix this problem and restore my favourite game =)

You may find that your save games are still intact, however the game has been altered to adjust the save folder for people previously unable to save the game.

Did you have the save game issue before? - or have to make a new folder for the save?

You can try looking in your documents folder for the save game - but I suggest you contact Ubisoft Support, who can look into the issue for you.

Ok can you tell me, are the Saved Games still under the following same directory, or the Path has been changed after Patching ?

Saved games are located under the following default folder:

In Win7 and Vista:
C:\Users\&lt;USERNAME&gt;\Saved Games\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\Saved

In Win XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\&lt;USERNAME&gt;\Application Data\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\Saved

Simply copy your Assassin's Creed Brotherhood-folder(anywhere under &lt;USERNAME&gt - just search for it - to the described positions:

In my place - Windows 7 - it was the second one. But previously my Saves were under the first path because I accidently deleted my "Saved-Games"-Folder.
To make sure, you can copy it to both places.

C:\Users\&lt;USERNAME&gt;\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\ ...(Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\SAVES)

C:\Users\&lt;USERNAME&gt;\Saved Games\...(Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\SAVES)

If nothing helps create a new Profile and search for "ACBROTHERHOODSAVEGAME0" to see where it is located and find out the new "path". then you can simply replace it with your old Save-file.

The Saved files should be there. Also try looking under this Windows directory/path i.e. C:\Users\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\SAVES.

Usually the Saved games are located under the following default folders (see below). But try to COPY all the .SAV files from the SAVES folder as shown above, and place them under this location.

But it looks like this may only apply to those who have a non-english version of WINDOWS ?

Under Win 7 and Vista OS:
C:\Users\&lt;your USERNAME&gt;\Saved Games\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\Saves.

Under Win XP OS:
C:\Documents and Settings\&lt;your USERNAME&gt;\Application Data\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\Saves.

Is there anyway that I can retrieve my save game online? I am now in a different country and left my PC at home and I am installed my game and I was actually expecting my save game to be accessible online.

I have the impression that our games are being save online hence the online connectivity when playing AC2 and ACB even on single player. Is there anyway that I could get my save game through my online profile without going back to my old PC's hard drive which is across the pacific ocean?

I am reeeeally getting frustrated, I am just about to swear on your forums. please any help would be great.
