This is part moan and part warning. It's over a week since the Deluxe Collector Edition shipped out from Ubisoft and I've seen no sign of it.
I've contacted Ubisoft through the customer service forms attached to the email. Absolutely no response back. My only other option it seems is to call them on a phone line costing £1.50 per minute.
So if any of you are thinking of ordering from Ubisoft bear this in mind. I'm facing £50 down the drain or spend £20 calling them to try and sort it out.
