Thread: A week after shipping and no sign of game from Ubishop | Forums

    This is part moan and part warning. It's over a week since the Deluxe Collector Edition shipped out from Ubisoft and I've seen no sign of it.

    I've contacted Ubisoft through the customer service forms attached to the email. Absolutely no response back. My only other option it seems is to call them on a phone line costing £1.50 per minute.

    So if any of you are thinking of ordering from Ubisoft bear this in mind. I'm facing £50 down the drain or spend £20 calling them to try and sort it out.

    The only thing I've got is the order number. Questions about missing items are just listed in the customer service section. Anyone from Ubisoft can get all that information from my log in.

    Anyway, let's play the Amazon vs Ubishop game. I've just ordered S.T.A.L.K.E.R. from Amazon - bets on which turns up 1st? Ubishop with a month notice and a week's head start from dispatch or Amazon. Hardly seems fair...I'll keep you posted

    @Enigma do you have a tracking number yet? If so look it up at www.chronopost.com I have the same trouble. After many mails to UBI which still remain unanswered. After some 9 seperate phone calls of my own back! I managed to get thru to TNT, the guys that are actually delivering the goods in the UK. It seems UBIShop spelt my address wrongly (****heads) and the package is still at their (TNT) warehouse waiting for shipment

    When my order arrived later than others here on the forum I tried contacting their Customer Service. I will say there is no such thing as Customer Service as I got no reply from them either.

    If you are from the UK why not try contacting your local TNT depot and ask them if they are holding an order for you. I think Ubi used TNT for UK deliveries of this game. It's a long shot but it's an option worth considering.

    Ok I called TNT and they have no record of a delivery for my postcode.

    Also checked the Chronopost site:

    They say it a delivery attempt was made Thursday - but I was in all day then and no delivery card was left. No other action from them since then.

    Maybe they do have the wrong address - thus TNT can't find a delivery and they knocked the wrong door on Thursday.

    Anyone know a number for Chronopost? I can't find one on the website.

    @Enigma if you found your package on Chrono you must have a tracking number. If so first call this number it's chron international they will convert the track number to a tnt track number then call tnt with the number, phone numbers follows....
    Chrono International 0845 9300 350
    TNT 0800 100 600


    Sounds like you got the same s%*t deal as me.

    I'm guessing you fellas didn't take the free postage option then if TNT are involved? I had my deluxe edition delivered by Royal Mail last Wednesday less than 48 hours after I got email notice of shipping from UbiShop.

    Hope the problem is resolved soon.

    You guess wrongly, hehe, some good news tho.Just got a call from TNT it'll be here between 9am and 1pm tomorrow. Amazing how much more helpfull they are than UBIrot
