Game crush duing startup | Forums

hi im a fan for heroes series since a long time ago. played H2. 3 and 4..
i download H5 demo recently and can't play bec the game just crush and give me an error message everytime i try to start it.. i thought the reason for that was bec i got a radeon X1600 card and it was not support by the demo.
so fine with that and i wait for the retail version.. just got it toaday but the same problem happen again... i don't understand why.. if u guys need the dxdiag from me i will post it later... the game just crush on startup.. i can't even see the first screen.. and give out an error message.. which i can't see bec it's hidden behind the game loading screen.. all i can do is press "enter" and quit the game..

i do have a windosXP with SP2. ATI X1600 card with catalyst v6.4(tried 5.1 too) 1GB ram. AMD 64 CPU Fit all the recommanded requirement for the game
