Thread: Virtual Machine Network adapter caused 9999 ping issue | Forums

I noticed that several users that were able to play once upon a time were later no longer able to play.(even though they new their system had all security rules and routing set up to allow FC2)

I had the same issue with the 9999. I was able to play before and not later... couldn't figure it out.

XVM VirtualBox network adapter was the issue. After disabling the XVM network adapter I was able to play FC2 once again. Check your network adapters if you have the 9999 ping and no other solutions are of any help.

Not that this is everyone's issue, but something similar may be some peoples issue. Funny how Valve games were never impacted. Valve ROCKS!!!

...Ubi does make some pretty games. Love the graphics.
