Hi Kylepook,
I think this is a list for Settlers 7 - although I don't see where it really says that. I have added people from this list. Also, I looked up a couple of people from the beginnning of the list and found them in Settlers 7.

Edit: Also since I've never actually added my name to this list, I am adding it now. My ingame user name used to be sings_in_tune, but now it is et.cetera because my game broke so they gave me a new one.
