    I have the same problem...

    My copy of assasins creed II always worked without problems, but today, the game maked a automatic update (I not played the game for some time) and ask for my user account and CDkey

    the user account enter whitout problems, but the CDkey have a error: "This key has been used already"

    I know has been used, it is my key after all...

    Someone help me?

    Which UBISoft Account did you use again to Log-in now ? Did you use some other Account/Username by mistake ?

    But, if you are fully sure that you are using the SAME previous account as before, when you first registered your Game/CD-KEY, then I think only UbiSoft Support department can help you out.

    So try to contact Support department, and also read this link.

    Which UBISoft Account did you use again to Log-in ? Did you use some other account by mistake ?

    But If you are fully sure that you are using the SAME previous account as before, when you first registered your Game/CD-KEY, then I think only UbiSoft Support department can help you out. Others have also complained about this same issue, after an OS format, or a game re-install.

    So try to contact Support department, and also read this link.

    I have two accounts (one for "Assassin´s Creed 1" and another for "Assassin´s Creed 2") and i tried to login Assassin´s Creed 2 with the Assassin´s Creed 1 account... LOL..

    The game is working now!! Thank you for your help!!

    When i start the game, the game said i must registry, and when I done , the game needs the key, so wherecan i found it?: (

    CD keys for this game are only usable once.
    When you entered the CD key the first time, it tied that CD key with your Uplay account.
    If you are receiving a "BINDING FAILED!" error, it could mean that you are logged in to the wrong account.

    Click "CANCEL" to go back to the login screen.

    Then, login with the Uplay account that you used the very first time you entered the CD key.

    If you are still having issues then contact technical support, the link is in my signature.

    The game's key should be in the instruction book, usually at the back.

    My friend told me that I must re-download assasin creed 2 and download something else. But I cannot found my CD key

    I believe it's stupid because I got my AC II ffrom a friend and I can't even play? That's stupid....

    I want to play this game and I can't -.- Waste of my time....Stupid thing...
