Create multiplayer Co-op missions in the open world map ONLINE | Forums

Am I the only one who was expecting multiplayer co-op missions playable in the open world map?

Would this be possible to add to one of the next patches? I think it would bring this game to another level.

Players would make a private game, play in co-op together. Would be able to see each other on the map. They would take on missions like "assassination", "stealing information and bringing it back to the check point"... etc... or just roam around in the open world map killing people.

This is asking for way too much. I know it doesn't sound like it, but it is. Co-op single player of any kind is incredibly hard to impliment, and i doubt that you'll see it even in Far Cry 3 and i guarantee that you will never see it in Far Cry 2...

Well by the looks of Far Cry 2's current gameplay state, I won't be buying the 3.
