First off, LOL at the Harlequin who runs across your screen right in the beginning and gets murdered.

Anyway, you play pretty well, VERY well considering you've only worked your way up to level 14. In your level bracket, I'd advise bringing the hidden gun instead of Morph. Yes, it's only got a base of 100 points, but that's far better than 0 points and there's a LOT of roof runners in your bracket. As you saw. Also, you seem to be really averse to morphing groups (although you may have just gotten it and forgot you had it, don't remember what level you get it :P).
Granted, nobody likes roofies or people who sprint everywhere. But it's definitely ok to sprint SOMETIMES. If you only have 1 pursuer, or better yet 0 pursuers, OR you know your pursuer is behind you, feel free to bolt toward your target (as long as you aren't in their LoS). Remember, if you aren't endangering your life and your target can't see you, you're free to run. Also, don't be so worried about taking to the rooftops, either. Your game showcased a lot of people who made the error of living up there, but a true master knows when to be on the ground and when to take to the roofs. And when to be on the ground isn't 100% of the time.
With your playstyle, I'm predicting you'll be really, really happy when you unlock BLENDER. It'll automatically turn one persona in any group you blend with into you, giving you an instant hiding place anywhere. It definitely looks like you have the hang of smoke bombing the crap out of anyone who looks at you funny, and giving them a good fist in the face. That's something that'll always be helpful, even at level 50 play (almost everyone at level 50 still uses Smoke Bomb, its so much win).
From the video, it looks like you hear and react to the whispers, but I'm not sure. As you did a few times, its almost always a safe bet to just dart through any Chasebreaker gates you walk past whwnever you feel threatened. Also, although it didn't trouble you in this video, be sure to check nearby rooftops if you hear the whispering and don't see any threats on the ground. Check them, or at least move somewhere you can't be pounced on from them.

    Quick Recap:
-Don't be afraid to go High Profile
-I'd recommend taking Hidden Gun instead of Morph, but its your call
-Goes with the first point, don't be afraid to go to the rooftops when necessary
-If you have any sort of feeling someone's after you, jump through a Chasebreaker. That could've saved you a few times
-Try not to hide in groups that don't have at least 1 other copy of your persona. All your pursuers in the video were pretty obvious when they were coming to your hiding spot and were punished with a smoke bomb, but they won't always be that way. If you can make them pop TV like that Doctor, it leaves them open to a stun

These are all minor tweaks though. You came in 2nd and clearly demonstrated you have a good grasp of the game. You are, by all means, a good player and will probably destroy people at 50 (as long as you don't pick up a pile of bad habits before then). Take my advice as what it is, advice, and don't think I'm saying you're playing badly.

Final LOL: That Executioner who smoke bombed you when you went to hide in his group. Bet he felt stupid

**EDIT: missed a "don't" in the final bullet point, you definitely WANT to be in groups with other copies of yourself lol

My favorite for Wanted is smoke bomb and poison. Smoke can be used defensively for stuns and offensively for an easy poison + focus kill, and the perk blender is enough to hide from your pursuers

    What he said.

My favorites are Rapid Reload Smoke Bomb and Slow Poison, both of which take awhile to get. Until you get Poison, I'd use some variant of Smoke Bomb with either the gun or Templar Vision.

I think that with what you had to work with you did very well. I LOVE that you are not afraid to go for the stun. I saw a couple of times where you could have cut your target off but I'm going to say that is because you don't know the maps yet. Very good overall though

You play almost the same way I do. Nice to see they're others I out there that play this way. My only tip that hasn't been said yet:
-At the 4:23 mark, where you are about to kill the smuggler, you could have gotten into the crowd to your left for a quick hidden bonus. It's safer to do what you did, since she had 3 pursuers (and you got firecracker'd), but always be on the lookout for ways to use the environment such as blend groups, hay, and acrobatic positions (climbing and crouching count for this) to get extra points for your kills.

I will third that smoke/poison combo. It's my balanced profile set. Depending on the map, like if it has lots of corners to hide around, I will change smoke to disguise. Disguise is a quicker reload and, if used right, is nearly as effective as smoke. Plus it's good for both off and def. Pursuers and targets always expect one typer of persona. Changing it on them can really confuse them. For perks, overall cooldowns and blender are my favs once you get them unlocked. What are you using now for perks?
