After a solid month of playing the game, I lost everything yesterday! I had all tools and equip at least level 3, some level 4. Over 600 espressos as well as some smaller coffees. I logged in, and everything is gone.

The only thing I kept is my cash, my level, and my exp. I still have 18 cases finished, but I no longer have any tools or equipment...I contacted support about this and have gotten no response.

This is complete bs!! If my things are not reinstated, at least the tools and equipment, I am gone. I even spent money on ubicredits in order to buy some of the stuff. I refuse to start essentially from scratch. I am so angry that I cannot put it into words. I realize that this is a beta version, but there's no reason for support to be non-existent.
