Hi,when i tried to start my acr (via Assassin's Creed Relavations/ARCSP.exe/ACRMP.exe/ACRSP.exe)it always crashes

i tried everything but it doesn't work~~

Hi, i need help because i'm incredibly confused right now..
I learned i couldn't install the Lost Archive DLC without version 1.03, so i reinstalled the game (steam) and found out the game updated automatically after the reinstallation. Once with version 1.03, however, i found out the DLC still wouldn't install.

I contacted Ubisoft Support and they told me to manually install version 1.03 again. Now, the link for the version 1.03 cannot install, saying 'incorrect source file'.

Should i reinstall the entire game AGAIN? Even if it clearly says it has update to 1.03?

i have the same problem as PRINCE-K7
while installing the 1.02 update
its says :couldn't backup file \multi\DataPC.froge to file PATCH_BACKUP\multi\DataPC.froge
and then the installation aborted
what to do to fix that i reinstalled the game many times and redownloaded the 1.02 and 1.01 3 times and still the same problem!!!

don't be mad install 1.01 it's happend to me and it getting me crazy but when i installed 1.01 , i can install 1.02 and then 1.03
