People are playing online, but their not using the ingame browser. I think it's broke. Most are using the lan emulator software Hamachi.

I play online as often as possible, and I do use the in-game browser. what i see as a major problem is the fact of the correct ports not being open or firewall issues, hence the 999 ping value. Once that gets fixed, many more players will be online

i play online all the time, and always use the in game browser. i also host a teamspeak channel since the stupid sim only lets you type 15 characters at a time which is about 3 words...

and because theres nothing in your list doesnt mean there arent mp sessions going on, once the session starts it dissapears... i wish , and requested this in another thread, that there is a list of players that are not only looking for a game, but the list also shows players that are already in a session... so that you know someone might join your session once they finish theirs...etc

I'm looking at a game now and for some reason JOIN is not enabled.. I'm using v1.1 but can't join a game!!! wtf!?!?

well i waited for while last night and we ended up just starting without you..... mp works just fine, just wish they'd improve the user interface with more information and selections...
