Uplay lost my progress? | Forums

Last night I tried logging into Uplay through my Xbox 360 but it was starting to take longer than usual so I just decided to exit but upon entering Multiplayer mode I lost The Renegade character even though I had completed the sequence and I have played with that character before, also when starting up Multiplayer it treated it as if this was my first time offering the introductory sessions and such but my level has not changed. Also in single player I lost the Desmond Miles outfit even though again I did the all of Desmond's Journey sessions, why did this happen anyone know how to fix this or faced this problem before?

I'm having a similar issue. Uplay has seemed to have lost my saved game for Splinter Cell conviction. I also no longer have my unlocked content.

Same, I had 200+ hours and over 60000 kills on record. All gone. WTF Ubisoft?

same happened to me, but to get the renegade (again -.-) just replay the memory

Last night, I logged in to my game of Splinter Cell, and found that my game progress had been lost. I still had all the guns I should have had (I had the FIVE-SEVEN but the Washington Monument mission wasn't available to me yet.) So I turned off cloud sync in Uplay options. I only play on one computer anyway. Today I log in and my level progress is here, but all my guns and P.E.C. challenges are gone! What?
