Does anyone know of a program that lets me record ALL actiosn on my desktop, not just from a game. I want to make some tutorials for photoshop and well... a game (its runescape so i can use fraps or anything) Got any suggestions.

Fraps will do it for ya. Go to http://www.fraps.com. I'm not sure how long you're able to record stuff with the free version of Fraps, but with the paid version you have unlimited record time. I have the paid version.
i though fraps only recorded games
ya i had fraps and it only does games. One program i know of, Camstasia, works but you have to buy it or else all you movies have "UNREGISTERED VERSION" in the middle.

its optimized well for games but you can use it to record anything on your desktop.
