I have pretty much the exact same problem at the exact same place with the exact same outcome. I spent so much time on this game trying to do it perfectly and it crashes my computer at that same point. WTF??!!

Ok, this is the 1st mission, I blow up the ice wall, sneak around the guards and dive into the hole in the ice and get a mission complete notice. Problem is, after a 5 minute load time I get a quick screen of Sam dying and "Game Over." I am playing with the most recent patch. Any ideas? Thank you.

Peace fellow gamers,
My wife and I are playing SCCT (Multiplayer)and we are stuck on Mission #3 Chemical Bunker where you have to simultaneously mix chemicals and monkey blood viral bottles, does anyone know what the proper protocal sequence is? We are a bunch of Dummies and we can't figure it out.
