I'm trying to make some movies after tracks and
upload them on Youtube. The thing is I want them
to look good enough and also I don't want to
upload 500MB files for a 2 minutes clip.
I'm using Fraps to capture and VirtualDub to
compress but so far the results have been
unsatisfactory.
So, what kind of settings do I need for Fraps and what kind of compression in VirtualDub for
some good results?

In my opinion, nothing looks "good" on Youtube. Anyway, use XVid codec to compress your AVI file in VirtualDub.
