What about youtube? This person has user name "BWSpiderFive", whole walkthough of video, downside is it's not speaking english, but it's dont matter, you can watch him step by step and won game, almost not always follow him, but if you push "P" time out game and tab to window to bring window "youtube and find "The Settler 7 (put number here any 1 to 12) mission, you find there nor english video of walkthough something look like this "OSZ_M12_Drakenau_Teil01.mp4", that's walkthought , this is how I do, I'm nearly copy what he do when won game, don't worry about speaking other than english, just watch step by step and do same nearly in game, you more likely won easy and understand how game work as well.

Admiral Calania...Just wanted to say "Thanks" for you walkthroughs. They really help a person get "familiarized" with the game. At first I worried that I was simply "following directions," but soon, especially after you play a few games, you get the idea of what a person needs to do to be successful at the game. Another thing, I played every game at the NORMAL setting, and your suggestions still worked fine, and I was able to win at that level while following your ideas. I don't really understand why some desire the "easy" setting (or want to use Cheats ???) just to get through the campaign...then what is one left to do & what has he/she learned? The thing that makes me a better player is when I get my @#$$ handed to me a few times by the AI...in that way I quickly learn what I need to do to get better. For example, in the "100 Years of Peace" mission, on NORMAL, the Bishop would always get the Abbey VPoint before I was able to - no matter when I began to upgrade my church. So it forced me, after about four attempts at trying to beat him to it, to find another way to obtain that last, needed VPoint, which in turn made me a better player. After that mission and what I had to go through, the next two parts of the campaign did seem much easier like you said (I still have the last part of the campaign to finish). Anyway, thanks again for all your hard work. It is walkthroughs like yours that help gamers like myself come to understand the game and allow us to get better at it too.
PS:Is there a forum post that explains the ins & outs of TRADING? And, if one does not usually play online multiplayer games, what single player mode do you recommend after the campaign? Thanks again.

I have passed mission 7 following your instructions
and now stopped on Mission8. ... well... 3 times failed.
I am not sure my difficalty is fixed as "EASY"
Please advise how and where i can change the difficalty in the game. cant find it in the menu

Thanks for these! I only wish I'd seen this thread before I struggled my way through the campaign. I played on Normal, but some of the tips about what to build early in the maps would've helped me out immensely :P
