I was going insane trying to figure out why my mouse look does not work. After I edited cocpit.lua, I got the mouse to work. But the scroll wheel still does not zoom in/out!! Please someone have a fix for this!! I do not want to use the kb either.

Im guessing you've already checked to make sure that ZOOM is mapped to your mouse scroll AXIS.


Have you checked to see if you have a ZOOM AXIS still mapped to one of your Joystick AXES?
If so, unbind the axis (clear), remember to use the OK button and test it out.

Let us know if you get it to work OK.

You can also use the mouse for external viewing.
\Lock On\Config\View\view.lua
ExternalMouse = true

Don't overlook using the mouse buttons for commands. The ones I liked were Cockpit View (F1) and External View (F2).
