Well here it goes. This is the rise and fall of the great Shootngsnipe dynasty.

In early 2005 a young man found out about the Ubisoft SCCT forums. In a few months he would join thes forums and beome among other things the infamous knifesamkill, theundefeated, dominusjoi, and shootingsnipe and the infant account name snipeisback.

The reason for these accounts was through the evolution of the ever Pissed Off accounts to the tolerable man capable of deabate he had several acounts banned.

But the most infamous of these was of course Shootingsnipe. When I was called shooting snipe I insulted a moderator, the ever homophobic (or at least this is my oppinion) NSAagent. After attacking his sexual prefference by calling him gay once my account was suspended sending a shockwave to quite a few forum users.

The forum pink slip I was handed gave the reason I was suspended and I do quote:

Account Suspended: Your account has been suspended for the following reason:

for being a complete and utter troll.

As I pondered my acions from the past few months I realized that I had at some points been a troll though I hardly think complete and utter. There were points where I purposefully caused, insited, or otherwise antagonized an argument to the point where I would type so furiously buttons would fly off the keyboard. But questions still reamained and they are as follows:

Was it simply because I insulted a user of the forums or even a mod and they took so seriously that they had to suspend and still have not lifted the suspension or was it that a moderator was riled enough to Abuse His Power?

and

Why is it that while I have offened so many others over the course of my account history they have never reported me but this one man so offended by the word gay felt it was necessary to do away with me?

But even more greatly enforcing my point is that I did make an attempt to apologize to NSAagent by creating the account snipeisback and making more first and only order of buisness to apologize to NSAagent and yet his only response was to ban that account and tell me I have moxy for telling him I was dodging my suspenion.

So Moderators hear my cry, please reinstae my
account shootingsnipe if only for a little while so that I may retrieve my signature.

P.S. I enjoy the fact that there are new moderators and that NSAagent removed himself from the bench. Post any replies.

I believe rules are rules and if you broke them, you should be punished. Once your punishment is over, they should reinstate your account. However, I think it insulting and rude to talk about others sexual preferences and make new accounts to bypass them.

I do agree that I did break the forum rules, however, my thing is that this is a moderator abusing his power which is why i think moderators should have to go through checks and balances before banning someone its not just that I am enraged that insulting a sexual preference of a moderator got me banned. I've been called gay by many people, and yet never took offence to it, I just told them I'm not gay and got a girlfriend. Easy as that. What someone says on the forums should not be taken seriously only what you are told by trustworthy individuals with worthy advice.

i've been one of the longest serving members on this forum and i have NO IDEA who you are!

and if you're that unmemorable, then why should you come back anyways?

you've had several account bans, meaning you've abused the system more than once, meaning it's not "an accident"

go post on the xbox.com forums

they're far more lenient with their trolls

No I have one account ban several mistakes were made where I forgot the password or hadn't been here in so long my account was I believe deleted. I take such long breaks like going on cruises I rarely have time to sign on.

Oh and by the way S7N we've flamed eachother hundreds of times and you have called me gay on many occasions should you be banned as well?

Here is the thing, you admit to breaking the rules of the forum here, yet you keep making new accounts to bypass the ban. That alone means another ban.

To keep from getting banned one has to know where the line is and not cross it. I am a good example of this. I have berated Ubi many times, but have not crossed the line evidenced by my join date. Yes, I have been here from almost the time Ubi set these forums up.

As far as getting your sig back, you should have no problem doing so by copy and pasting to notepad or if an image, right-clicking and saving as.

Word of advice, carefully read forum rules to understand what is and what isn't acceptable and you will not get banned. There is nothing wrong with pushing the envelope, just don't fly outside of it or you will pay the consequences.
