Thread: Can't play the game | Forums

  1. #1
I hvae just brought a new computer and GRAW2.
    My computer: Intel Core 2 4300 @ 1.8GHz
    2 Gb ram
    Geforce 7350LE
    Window Vista Home Premium

I installed it right after I brought it; however, I can't go into the game. It just close everything and go back to Window when it is trying to go into the game.
I updated the drive of the graghic card and window.

So, did I miss something important?

    1) I have read somewhere that the E4300 is like the equivalent of the P4 & celeron CPUs so that's one of your problems. this might be good for everyday computing but not for games.

    2) Depending on the mhz of the RAM, 2GB for Vista is like having 256mb on XP, you'll do fine but not good for gaming, again, this is what I have heard so don't take it personal and/or get offend it by it.

    3) Third, Oh Yea, there is a third here the 7350LE is said to be a bargain bin video card (read 1 & 2)... it appears that this is not your day bud!

Now, being said all those positive things there might be a chance for you yet... list of things to do

    Patch to the latest
Upgrade your video & sound card drivers to latest (163.44 I think is the latest one for Nvidia). Yes, sound card driver is very important as well.
    Update Vista to the latest
You need to be an administrator in Vista to run games... others will explain this as I won't put this VIRUS on my computer just yet (Vista = Virus!).

As colin stated before, go find the TWEAKS thread and you might be able to find a few FPS more in gameplay.

Have a nice weekend and comeback and tell us what happened.

oppps there you go snake... pay no attention to me and continue to play the game with the horse power you now have!

RG_Frog, why don't you stop fixating on what I said and start helping him play the game instead of wasting up a post?

Good you got the game to run.

Other members who have similar problems can get then sorted out bu using the forum there are people here who will help you.

This is what this forum is for.

System specs and how they are configured are key essentials for a modern game, this game and others that will follow this year are GPU and Cpu maximized and will use all resources.

    Tweaking and knowledge is essential.
