Ive had strict nat for a while. I use an iphone 4 using mywi and hook it up to my ps3 to play online. Since i dont use a router idk if i can open ports. Anyone have an idea how to change my nat to open

I use my phones internet( 3G) its somewhat complicated but it works. You need to jailbreak your iphone however to get mywi

If the internet comes from sattelite/antenna's or something, it's pretty normal to have a strict nat..

I'm not a professional in this stuff, but I do know internet on mobile phones is slow as hell. And considering you use your phone as a router, that's probably the problem.

I don't know about the NAT problem but you will experience pretty laggy gameplay on a 3g network regardless. The upload is just too slow

4g would give you a decent connection, but 3G is just no bueno. Don't make other people have to deal with your lag. MyWi is awesome though. Get a router and don't be cheap is my suggestion

Id like to get all the proper equipment its just that at&t's wifi isnt avaiable where i live. Also 3g isnt as laggy as you would think. It actually works and rarely lags
