Hi, i'm an Aussie, are there any Australian servers that i could join? i'm new to the whole multiplayer scene however the default Ubisoft servers that come with the game seem a bit limited. i wonder if there are any other ways to join online games?

Try loading xfire. The servers tab will show servers coded by country.

G'day Johno, yes their are currently 4 FC servers in Australia, 3 run by Game Arena (TELSTRA)and another called Xtra. You'll find they are the servers with the lowest ping. There is a strong FC community here in Australia and you can get more info from the clan sites below:
