A couple of questions for you very helpful people!
I currently run a Saitek X52 which i am delighted with but have developed a hankering for a set of rudder pedals. I get the impression that the game will support a stick and pedals but I was wondering if the specific combination matters? ie do the stick and pedals have to be same make?
If not what do you guys recommend i tie up with my X52 and are there any probs i need to watch out for?

    Another question...
My system at the minute is this:
    Gigabyte K7 Triton Mobo
    Sempron 2600+
    1.5Gig Crucial PC2700 RAM
    GeForce FX5900XT
    Seagate 120Gig HDD
    Onboard sound

I can run this on perfect quite well even online (1Gb ADSL), I have been offered an Audigy 2 at really good money, would that upgrade improve the performance any while running PF??

Many thanks if you can answer

CH Rudder pedals would be best and most configurable to your situation

If you can get the Audigy 2 at a fair price I would grab it over onboard sound.

Overall CPU cycles used will be less but overall sound quality will increase 10 X's

I did not have technical relations with that question

And I thank Hunter every time he mentions that darn Audigy 2. My sound went from ho-hum with onboard sound to WOW this ROCKS with the Audigy 2ZS. Gameplay improved. This guy knows, Thanks HUNTER!
On to the question. A bunch of us run two joysticks and Pedals. I also use a number pad(for Lock-on)and Track IR. I use and recomend CH pedals. If you can get the USB CH Pro Pedals better yet. Dont worry, the game recognizes it all at once. Prepare yourself for some adjustment period once you start using the pedals. However in just a few days it will feel natural(because it is) and you will never want to go back.

    Good Luck!
