I posted this earlier, i am in the activation room and I am stuck, this is on the "A thorne and a mask" trying to get to throne room. any suggestions? This is the room with the wall of gears you go up, golem is guarding the wall. But the platform is up to high to walk across.

enter room.. go to right where drinking fountain is in same room is a switch on wall...hit this activates a platform which after doing running along wall jobby u'll be sorted...??

I am confused. Are you in the
Location: Clockwork and Gears. Activation Room. (Past)
Objective: The Second Tower (Past)

or

Location: A throne and a mask. Mechanical Tower (Past).
Objective: Return to the Throne Room (Past)


Is the large brute released after you got the Scorpion Sword or are you at the large brute that throws exploding beasts at you?

Yeah, I've got the same problem, in the activation room in my game in the past whilst on the mission a thorne and a mask. The large creature has stopped throwing objects and just waits on the other side for you, but theres no way across. Ive tried running up the wall on the right with the lever pulled and following the ladders and route round that way but it just follows a massive circle, also i cannot changed the turnstyles around and if i try going to the present and entering the same room theres nowhere at all i could go.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot remember i came in this area during the "Throne and the Mask" section. That must be a glitch....

On what platform are you playing the game. XBOX? PS2? PC?

It sounds as if during the perimeter trip around the room, you did not properly activate the three large cog gears.

You may have rotated the turnstile levers 90 degrees when you needed to rotate them 180 degrees.

At each of the three turnstile levers, you should have seen a brief scene of a large cog gear extending outwards. If you only saw two of the three scenes along the way, then you need to travel around the perimeter again until all three cog gears have been extended.

I believe that as you extend one cog gear, that raises the floor upwards towards the brute (or Thrall).
When you extend another cog gear, that raises the floor upwards towards the brute (or Thrall).
etc.

So, if the floor is not all the way up, then you missed one or more along the perimeter tour.

You get to travel that perimeter again! Lucky you!

I'm playing PoP on my PS2. And I've tried turning the turnstyles but they don't move an inch. I'm getting the guide soon so I can start again and lose this stupid glitch and to get all the life upgrades but Ubi could have done a better job.

Not sure where you are. I am on activate the towers past activation room. Killed 3 guards theres a big thing throwing fire balls from across the way. I cannot work out how to get across from where I am. theres water both sides a turning wheel on the right. Anyone that can help would be brill..

Right I have turned all the turnstiles and beaten the big fire throwing thing and now I do not know where to go!! After killing creature the room seems a dead end so tried going to the present but that doesn't seem right. I think I am missing something, can anyone please advise??
