Hey guys just preordered HAWX 2 for PC yesterday! Guess what comes with it from the Ubi store....?

Ok I'll tell ya LOL. Well first you have the option of a regular version and deluxe edition. There is only a $5 difference. I got the deluxe one because it comes with more stuff. Both versions are download only and both have Blazing Angles 2 for free!(download as soon as ya pay for it i.e. have it now) The deluxe also includes:

1:Exclusive Multiplayer Map: Night Raid


Player fight above an African city in the night, trying to avoid to be shot down by AA guns.

2:The Tiger Pack (F/A-18)



Unlock the FA-18E SuperHornet plane and the F/A-18E Tiger skin

Unlock the Air Supremacy weapon pack for FA-18E. It allows the plane to take on multiple enemies in the air.
It Contains:

- Multiple Air-to-Air Missiles for attacking 4 enemy fighters at the same time
- Heat Seeking Missiles for single air targets.

3:The Camouflage Pack (F-15)



Unlock the F-15C Eagle plane and the F-15C Eagle Camouflage skin
Unlock Long Range Engagement for F-15C Eagle. This weapon pack allows the player to strike any type of targets from a safe distance.
It contains:

- Stand-Off Missiles for ground targets
- Radar Guided Missile for air targets
- Heat Seeking Missiles for defense situations against enemy fighters.

4:The Su-27 Pack



Unlock the Su-27 Flanker plane and the Su-27 Flanker parade skin.

5:F-117 Pack



Unlock the F-117 Nighthawk plane and the F-117 Nighthawk American flag skin.

That may be Bro but I still have BA 2 right now to play till the 30th. Anyway I just thought it was nice to include all the pre-order packs into one for us PC'ers since we had to wait. Besides with PC we would have gotten all the skins anyway LOL. I mean it was five bucks no big deal if I have to wait like ya said. Later J.

huh???ok this is weird I have pre-ordered hawx2 for pc and it says that the payment has been completed (said so already some weeks ago) and I cannot find blazing angles 2 and i cannot find the Deluxe pack.

I live in the netherlands though maybe thats the prob.?

It is most likely available only to some special location. Heck the last skin is an American flag skin...

I don't think UBIsoft are racist <STRIKE>although I'd love to call them prejudice wh....</STRIKE>
either if there is an error or that the pre-order bonuses don't apply to your country/area, North America (geology aspects not nationality) seems to only have the big bonus.

however I can confirm that the UK are getting some sort of bonus (extra weapons/skin packs .ect).

Does anyone know what are the actual facts regarding whether Ubisoft have changed their mind or have stubbornly decided to keep their DRM in HAWX 2 for PC?

If the DRM is definitely staying in the game, then please let me know as soon as possible so I can cancel my preorder and also boycott the console versions as well, thanks.

Start boycotting!

if you look PC specs for HAWX2 you would see it requires broadband (aka constant connection) which is a symptom of UBI's DRM like here
Also even Steam 's product page for HAWX2 states it will use UBI's DRM.

Yeah thanks. I have actually seen this before.

I was just hoping it was a big typo

I was wondering if anyone from Ubisoft can confirm if there will be a miraculous turnaround by Ubisoft since the dumping of their DRM for RUSE.

I think I'll cancel my preorder anyway, at least so I can see what happens on release day. If I am not happy, then let the boycotting begin.
